Emile Hirsch allegedly assaulted a woman at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah over the weekend.

According to a new report, a female executive at Paramount Pictures has claimed Hirsch assaulted her around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday at TAO nightclub in Park City, Utah.
"Last night, Emile Hirsch got into a fight with an executive at Paramount at TAO Sundance," an insider told Us Weekly on Monday, "and the executive was looking into pressing charges against Emile this morning."

Hirsch has been acting since 1997, starring in movies, including Alpha Dog and Into The Wild, and television series, including Sabrina, the Teenage Witch and 3rd Rock from the Sun. His latest film, Ten Thousand Saints, premiered on Jan. 23 at the 2015 Sundance Film Festival.
In a second report, via Page Six, an eyewitness gave additional details about the alleged incident.
"Something happened between the movie exec and Emile, and she said she had been assaulted and asked security to call the police," the source claimed. "Emile didn’t leave the scene, and calmly waited for the police to arrive, and spoke with them until around 5 a.m., after which he went home with his friends. No arrests were made."
Regarding the alleged assault, the Park City police gave the following statement to Us Weekly:
"We are still investigating the case and cannot provide details at this time."
