They're one of the few couples in Hollywood that appears to still have a solid marriage, and Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie is crediting her marital success with Josh Duhamel to the couple's specific rules concerning their careers.

The couple, who married in 2009 and have a 14-month-old son Axl, embrace therapy to work through any issues in their marriage, the singer revealed in a new interview with Allure Magazine. Adding to that, they also employ what they call a "two-week rule" when it comes to the tours or work they may have to do away from home.

"My husband and I made a two-week rule," she said, explaining that it meant two weeks was the maximum amount of time each could spend on the road alone. "We've already talked about how we're going to have to trade off. He's going to have to come on tour with Axl for a while, and then there'll be a break. He'll take a job; I'll be on set with [Axl]. You know?"

She also opened up about her husband's admission that they met not long after he had a vivid-and far from innocent-dream about her, admitting that things may have started out hot and heavy, but later evolved into something much more meaningful.

"Yeah. Yeah. Exactly-he wanted to get in my pants," she said. "We just grew. And we grew into realizing that we wanted the same things in life. We wanted the same path. We both come from Catholic families."
