Kenya Moore isn't the only The Real Housewives of Atlanta co-star NeNe Leakes is hitting with legal action; she has officially served newcomer Claudia Jordan with a cease & desist letter as well.

Jordan has made quite the mark on the Bravo series and is already facing a potential lawsuit against one of her co-stars. Just days after Moore revealed Leakes hit her with a cease & desist, The Jasmine Brand revealed Thursday that Leakes took the same action against Jordan.

Jordan told the entertainment news site, "Being new to the reality world, I have no idea what's real and fake. I just assumed this absurd letter was fake. Nene is clearly going through some things to resort to such antics. So I'm just going to pray for her; hope she gets back to the old fun loving NeNe I used to hear about."

Leakes has remained silent about the entire ordeal. But that hasn't stopped Moore from speaking up. She took to her Instagram Tuesday to disclose that Leakes sent the order to her.

It slams Moore for making "false, malicious and ostensibly" statements on the hit show and even on her blog that could "cause damage to [Leakes'] reputation by exposing her to public hatred, contempt and ridicule..."

It also said that Moore's comments could "injure" Leakes' career.

But it looks like Moore isn't taking the letter seriously at all.

She added the caption, "guess this is @neneleakes way of saying happy birthday! #RHOA #HypocrisyAtItsBest #byegirl #SheTriedIt #SoNastySoRude".

Check it out.
