Tuesday the show returns with a new episode called We Build, We Fight after being on a small hiatus.

On Jan. 29, FOX411 published an interview with Glasberg, in which he revealed, "The episode delves into the complexity of that issue -- how some of Kutzler's fellow officers feel about it, how it is being handled.
"It was brilliantly directed by our first-time director Rocky Carroll. It is a terrific episode. The acting is really strong. I am excited about it on every level," Glasberg added.

Then on Feb. 10, Cadence airs. The press release reveals the team in this episode would be investigating the murder of a Marine who attended the same military academy as Tony DiNozzo (Michael Weatherly).
Flashbacks of teenaged Tony will occur with Tanner Stine portraying him.
"It's another insight into who Tony was and who Tony is," Glasberg shared, adding, "How his life has changed and evolved and moved forward. I look back and I love the way that little by little, we have learned things about Tony."
In this episode Ellie Bishop's (Emily Wickersham) husband Jake Malloy (Jamie Bamber) makes an appearance.
"We will absolutely see more of Jake in the future," Glasberg said, adding, "I'm really enjoying what that relationship is for Bishop. The fact that she is married, she is content in that relationship, and there is consistency in her world means a lot. And I know it means a lot in the real NCIS world because many of them are happily married."
Lastly, the Feb. 17 episode Cabin Fever as previously reported by TVLine on Jan. 27 will focus on the aftermath surrounding Diane Sterling's (Melinda McGraw) sudden and tragic death.
Gibbs and Senior FBI Agent Tobias Fornell (Joe Spano) have "brilliant moments" in this episode since "It's them working through the loss and grief."
NCIS airs on Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET on CBS.
