On Jan. 30, Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke Hernandez, Camila Cabello, Normani Kordei Hamilton and Dinah Jane Hansen declared, "Harmonizers are family" with another short clip.

Then on Saturday, the girls of Fifth Harmony said the documentary would show "what went into the making of Reflection".

On Sunday, they reiterated how they cannot wait "to share the BTS of Reflection" with their Harmonizers.

The documentary released Monday and shows 5H going through the motions of their rise to stardom.

"Crazy" is a recurring word of choice for these girls.

Jauregui said, "Life is crazy right now," as the documentary unfolds.

Hernandez agreed, declaring, "It's pretty crazy. I cannot believe the life that is happening for me right now!"

The girls talked about rehearsals and their typical schedules for a given day, including plenty of interviews.

Jauregui touched on how they all are so different, but gel so well together, which has a lot to do with how they all value their families so highly.

Cabello said she really misses her family just like her four bandmates miss their own too. She revealed, "My sister is growing up and I can't be there to watch it."

Hansen got really emotional with tears welling up in her eyes as she talked about her youngest brother not knowing her all that well.

"I'm gone so much and it just sucks that your own siblings don't recognize you," she said.

Hamilton, near the end of the documentary, said what they're doing as a group is "a work in progress."
