Previously in Monday's episode, Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) was consumed in arguing with Christine Blair Williams (Lauralee Bell) and Paul Williams (Doug Davidson) that mitigating circumstances exist in regard to the case with Phyllis Summers (Gina Tognoni).

That won't be all he has to worry about though in Tuesday's episode since according to We Love Soaps, Summer Newman Travers (Hunter King) is upset with him.

In the preview clip that is below she is crying and shouting at Jack, "You have given up on her once and now you just going and doing it again."

Furthermore, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) offers Phyllis help, but she doesn't want it, given he tells him, "You go to hell," in the preview clip below.

Dylan McAvoy (Steve Burton) confronts Joe Clark (Scott Elrod) about Avery Bailey Clark (Jessica Collins). And then Avery slaps Dylan in the preview clip after he says, "Victor didn't just suddenly change his mind. Did you make Joe a better offer?"

Kelly Andrews (Cady McClain) even makes a move on Jack during this episode.

Then, during Wednesday's episode, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) and Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) head to court while Billy Abbott (Burgess Jenkins) learns that Stitch Rayburn (Sean Carrigan) moved in with Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).

Plus, Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) gets an interesting offer from Adam Newman (Justin Hartley) and Sage Warner (Kelly Sullivan) questions Adam's relationship with Chelsea.

Robert Gant returns as attorney David Sherman and Joel Brooks appears as Judge Ramsey in this episode too.
