Former Bachelor in Paradise star talks life lessons on her newly launched website.

Former 'Bachelor in Paradise' Star Michelle Money Launches Website

Michelle Money's website went live on Jan. 26 and she has been busy adding content ever since.

On Friday, Money posted on her Instagram, "You can check out my latest blog".

What Could 'Bachelor in Paradise' Couple Lacy Faddoul & Marcus Grodd Be Hiding?

This blog of the reality TV star is called "Mind and Soul," which discusses life lessons.

Money opened up, revealing she "lived many years in conflict with who I thought I was supposed to be and who I really am."

She then mentioned she would be sharing the life lessons she has learned along the way and that she "can honestly say that I am living my truth right this very moment."

Money's first life lesson is: "You can never have peace until you are living your life in harmony with who you REALLY are. Living your truth is the most liberating feeling. And in order to live your truth you need to speak your truth."

Up next, Money said, "Take responsibility for your actions," adding, "Taking ownership of your actions or lack thereof, is a quality people admire and respect. Admitting that you messed up or did something you shouldn't have is so refreshing to those around you! It's like it gives them permission to admit that they aren't perfect either!"

Another life lesson she brought up is how distracting cellphones are.

"There is nothing more distracting from living life and being in the moment than that stupid phone!!!" she said.

Money also divulged she's selfish and is really working on helping others even when it's not convenient for herself.

"When I look back at the times in my life when I was the happiest, it is when I had to SACRIFICE my time and energy in the service of others," she stated.

Money's last life lesson is about keeping a journal and writing in it every single day.

"You literally purge what is in your mind out on paper and you will DIE at what you discover about yourself!!" she exclaimed.
