Jewelry designer Joe Anglim is slated to compete on CBS's Survivor: Worlds Apart as part of the "no collar" tribe, which is facing off against the white collar tribe and the blue collar tribe.

Joe, 25, is from Scottsdale, Ariz. and looks to be the epitome of the laid-back dude archetype. However, despite being placed on the "no collar" tribe, he actually does have a disciplined past.

He talks about his sports experience and success in his CBS bio, having self-coached and self-funded his volleyball team in college and winning a Vegas tournament.

Joe likens himself to past laid-back contestants like Malcolm Freberg from Survivor: Philippines and Survivor: Caramoan and Ozzy Lusth from Survivor: Cook Islands, Survivor: Micronesia and Survivor: South Pacific.

As for how he will win the $1 million, he says that he is able to picture himself in the game whenever he watches a season.

"Of course, it's different when you're sitting at home on the couch and know what every player is thinking. However, I feel that I am well rounded enough, athletic enough and mentally strong enough to adapt to the people I'm put with," he says. "I am confident in the life skills I possess and I feel I can maintain my focus despite all of the other personal and crazy things the game may and will throw my way. After being such a huge fan for so many years, I truly respect how complex and challenging the game is. I am ready to battle and I want my shot in the ultimate arena that is Survivor."

Survivor: Worlds Apart is slated to premiere Wednesday, Feb. 25 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
