'Dancing With the Stars' Season 20 Pro Dancers Announced Next Week On 'Good Morning America'?
The upcoming season will look a little different considering two popular pros will not be competing. Cheryl Burke decided to leave the dance competition after season 19 in order to pursue other career opportunities, while Derek Hough is sitting out of this season to star in the New York Spring Spectacular.
Speaking on not having these pros in the competition in March, Wade is proud of their decisions.
"Cheryl was dancing for nine years. It takes a real toll on the mind and the body," Wade said. "I'm glad she had the guts to say, 'This is a great gig, but I want to try something else.' And it's great that Derek has gone off and done this, but he'll come back even stronger, even better."
The report says that the pros will be announced on Feb. 11 on Good Morning America, while the celebrity cast will be announced later in the month.
Dancing With the Stars season 20 premieres Monday, March 16 at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
