‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: An Unlikely Hero Emerges As The Bomb On The Haunted Star Detonates [VIDEO]
The final bomb from a set of two that were planted and set to go off in Port Charles is just moments away from exploding-and taking several of the town's residents with it on General Hospital.
Jake Remembers Planting The Bomb
However, despite Fluke and Helena's (Constance Towers) carefully executed plans, their plot to kill everyone who ever mattered to Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary), Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) or Julian Jerome (Michael DeVry) could go up completely in smoke-especially when an escaped from prison Sonny encounters Fluke on the docks.
Sonny knows Fluke is trying to hurt him by going after his son Michael (Chad Duell)-but until now he didn't know that a bomb was on the same boat Michael was. However, after Fluke warns him that he is too late to save him, Sonny could be forced to make an extreme move against the man who has been pretending to be his ally and friend.
"I'm gonna blow your head off!" he shouts in a preview clip for the Wednesday, Feb. 4 episode.
If he does actually shoot Fluke and then heads to the Haunted Star, Sonny could potentially emerge as a hero from the situation-if he manages to get everyone off the boat safely before the bomb officially goes off.
However, another hero could emerge in the form of Jake (Billy Miller), who has suddenly remembered planting the bomb in the first place thanks to Helena. Now, as he continues trying to piece together his memories and fight against his conditioning, he will warn Sam (Kelly Monaco) about what's going on-and try to make sure everyone evacuates the boar on time as well.
"Tell them to evacuate, right now!" he says to Sam in the clip.
General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
