It's looking like Pablo Schreiber is going to be too busy to reprise his role as George "Pornstache" Mendez in future seasons of Netflix's Orange Is the New Black.

Schreiber is apparently in negotiations to co-star in Michael Bay's new thriller 13 Hours, a movie centered on the attack on Benghazi, according to a new report by Variety. He will reportedly be in the film alongside The Office star John Krasinski.

Production is set to go down in the spring.

Schreiber is also slated to have a starring role in a new HBO series called The Brink, which is set to air later in the year. With these two things taking up his time through most of 2015, it is unlikely that he will find any time to return to Orange Is the New Black.

The actor had only appeared briefly during season 2 of the Netflix prison "dramedy," with his character being arrested after being falsely accused of raping inmate Daya (Dascha Polanco) and getting her pregnant.

Interestingly enough, though, Pornstache's mother will be appearing in the third season this summer. She will be played by Oscar winner Mary Steenburgen, though it is not known in what capacity she will be appearing. She could be showing up at the prison to get custody of Daya's baby.

Either way, OITNB has a good excuse to not have him on the show considering he was arrested, but it would be interesting to see him return at some point.

Orange Is the New Black season 3 will be released this summer on Netflix, though the streaming network has not yet announced a specific release date.
