A new sneak peek of the next episode of ABC's Castle has been released, revealing Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Beckett (Stana Katic) interrogating what appears to be Jerry Tyson (Michael Mosley)... or is he?

The clip, posted on TVLine, features Castle and Beckett sitting across from who they believe to be the man who would come to be known 3XK. As the scene goes on, it becomes evident that this man has not met either Castle or Beckett before, leading to an outlandish discovery.

"First time I saw a cop who was a woman of your hotness," the man says, to which Beckett is surprised, considering all of their past interactions.

He firmly says, "I don't know either one of you."

He then says that this whole thing was a "big misunderstanding" and that he ran at first because he "panicked, I guess," adding "I haven't always been on the right side of the law."

It is then that he proclaims himself to be Michael Boudreau and that he "got a little work done."

Beckett is confused that he would get "cosmetic surgery to look like a serial killer" until they discover that he received the surgery from Dr. Kelly Nieman (Annie Wersching), Jerry Tyson's old accomplice.

"How are you gonna prove that you're Michael Boudreau?" Beckett asks him, to which he calmly responds, "How do you prove I'm not?"

This is shaping up to be an intriguing episode of Castle and will likely be an exciting arc considering it will take place over the course of two episodes.

Part 1 will air on Monday, Feb. 9 while Part 2 will air Monday, Feb. 16.

Castle airs Mondays at 10 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
