'The Blacklist' Season 2 Spoilers: Prepare For A 'Pretty In Pink' Reunion, Who Will Red Use To Locate Finch's Safe? [VIDEO]
It's time to flashback to the 80s on The Blacklist.
Were not talking about taking another trip down Liz's memory lane. No, this is more along the lines of a behind-the-scenes Pretty and Pink reunion.
Steff (James Spader) and Blane (Andrew McCarthy) will reunite once more when McCarthy drops by to direct several episodes of the NBC drama this spring, according to E! Online.
Starting with Feb. 12's "Ruslan Denisov," McCarthy will direct three upcoming episodes. The actor will jump behind the camera just as Liz's (Megan Boone) past starts to come tumbling out and Red (Spader) begins to search for Finch's mysterious Russian safe.
"Red goes to his friend Glen Carter who works at the DMV who can find allegedly anything," executive producer Jon Bokenkamp teased in regards to the upcoming episodes, according to TV Guide. "Red enlists Glen's help to try to figure out what Alan [Fitch] was talking about. The last moments with Alan Fitch, he said, "There's a safe in Saint Petersburg on the second floor of--" and that's all we know. Red is sort of working with the pieces of a puzzle, trying to assemble and figure out where the safe is, what's in it, and how it might be able to help him in some way."
