Bethenny Frankel might have an interesting sense of humor, but unfortunately not everyone thinks her jokes are funny. The returning Real Housewives of New York star shared a bizarre photo of anonymous women who she says are the "new housewives."

Without giving an explanation, Frankel posed the odd photo on her Instagram account, leaving many of her followers confused. The photo showed two women provocatively posing for the camera while wearing skin-tight clothing and looking nothing like the rest of the Housewives in the franchise.

Plenty of Frankel's social networking followers suggested that Frankel might be mocking her Real Housewives co-stars by writing, "Yuck. I hope this is a joke!!" along with, "Dislike. I won't be watching anymore. Countess Luann won't be thrilled."

Meanwhile, Kristen Taekman hinted in a new interview that there is some drama going on between Frankel and the other women.
According to The Inquisitr on Monday, Taekman admits that while she was excited to see Frankel back on the show, but unfortunately things aren't working out the way she hoped.
She said, "I thought that with Bethenny, it's like you can't judge a book by its cover. But I think my tune is changing a little bit. I felt that way a minute ago and now I don't know. I can't read the cover of the book anymore. I guess I don't speak that language. I feel like I was looking forward to really getting to know her, and at this point I feel like that hasn't really happened in a way that I wanted to."
The former model also hints that Frankel has indeed been "standoffish" during taping and that she hasn't had a chance to bond with the rest of the Housewives yet.
