On Sunday, Glanville shared a photo of a lemon tree while on a hike and apparently the tree made her think of Foster, but why?

Could it be that the lemon tree reminded her of Foster's battle with Lyme's? It's unsure what Glanville meant by the photo, but her fans are clearly shocked and surprised that she shared the image along with the message.
