Amanda Bynes: DUI Ridden Star Caught Smoking From Pipe [PHOTOS]
It is being reported that troubled actress Amanda Bynes was cruising aimlessly for quite some time on Tuesday, Sept. 11, while appearing to be smoking a marijuana pipe. It even turns out that the 26-year-old was driving with a suspended license.
According to TMZ pictures, Bynes looks to be taking several hits out of a pipe that is specifically designed to mirror the appearance of a car cigarette lighter.
In one of the photos, marijuana remnants appear to be present in her BMW's cup holder, as well as some burnt nugs that seem to have already been smoked.
The vehicle looked very messy with garbage scattered throughout it. There were also stains on the interior, empty bottles, dog dander and a slew of other out-of-place items in the car.
The site reported that Bynes had started her trek at a Baja Fresh in the San Fernando Valley, where she had taken a pull from her pipe in the restaurant's parking lot and then proceeded to eat some tacos.
Soon after, the actress supposedly headed to a spa, where she stayed for three hours. Bynes then allegedly resumed driving while cutting off various motorists and breaking many traffic laws.
The site confirmed that Bynes was indeed driving illegally, as her license was suspended on Aug. 25.
On Sept. 4, Bynes was charged with two hit-and-runs that occurred separately on April 10 and Aug. 4.
Although Bynes' representatives did not comment on the aforementioned charges, her father Rick spoke to People on April 9 in regards to speculation that she was intoxicated on the night of her April hit-and-run charge.
"She was not drunk. I was told that she blew a zero on the Breathalyzer. She didn't have a single drink that night...My daughter doesn't drink," he said.
The dad also insisted that his daughter was not intoxicated and had been taken to jail because "she was upset and very emotional." Rick stated that he feels as though his daughter is "a good girl. She chooses not to work, and because of that, people go after her," according to the site.
