The driver killed in the crash had her license expire in 2007 and it was not renewed, California Department of Motor Vehicles records showed.

In addittion to not having a license, the female's death could lead to the charge of vehicular manslaughter if it is found that anyone committed a vehicle code violation at the time of the crash.
The accident occurred when a Lexus (Jenner's car) slammed into a Prius (vicitim's car) that had stopped for no apparent reason.
"Why it was stopped has yet to be determined," Sgt. Philip Brooks of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department said. "If the light ahead was red and traffic backed up, then it's hard to believe the Hummer would have come at a substantial speed, as it did."
Investigators will reportedly visit Jenner's home to seek cell phone records to investigate whether texting and driving is in any connection with the deadly chain-reaction crash.
Jenner will be asked to sign a form to release his cell phone records to authorities for the investigation.
Almost immediately following the accident, Jenner released a statement:
"My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident. It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible."
