Is there a possible new addition to the royal family?

There seems to be a never ending run of pregnancy rumors surrounding Kate Middleton. However, the latest rumor may have a bit of legitimacy attached, or at least more than ones previously seen.

According to the New York Daily News, the Duchess of Cambridge recently attended a state dinner in Singapore with her husband Prince William, and instead of drinking wine, she opted for just a glass of water. This reportedly happened twice, which immediately sparked rumors around the globe that Middleton may indeed be pregnant.

Speculation increased when the duchess was seen at another event. On Thursday, she appeared at the British Gala Reception at Eden Hall with what reportedly was a glass of water again in her hands.

One of the main reasons that drive this latest rumor is that this is a change in habit for the duchess. In the past, Middleton has been seen at parties and events toasting with wine and champagne.

This week's issue of Star magazine claimed that the duchess was "duchessing for two" and that she appeared to have a slight "baby bump."

The analysis done by the tabloid on the duchess's pictures caught the attention of one celebrity. Demi Lovato, singer and recent addition to "The X Factor" judging table, took a stand for Middleton by posting to Twitter, "And people wonder why girls/guys have body image issues."

She followed up by tweeting: "Whether she is or not, she still has a beautiful body. Shame on you Star magazine."

Princes William and Middleton continue on a nine-day Asian tour where her choice of drink will continue to spark rumors of a possible pregnancy.
