"I was out for a business dinner, I had one glass too many," said Valastro. "When I got into the car I thought I was fine to drive, and obviously I wasn't, and the cops did their job."

What was he doing before he got in the car? Apparently he was doing business.

"I was out for a business dinner, I had one glass too many," he said.

Valastro re-addressed what happened when the officers pulled him over, whether he tried to pull the celebrity card to avoid getting arrested and how he feels now that it's all over.

"If I did say anything like that I totally apologize to him and the police department. I'm not like that."

Now that Valastro has a 90-day license suspension and has paid a $300 fine for his DWI, Valastro says he has paid the price.

"I manned up. I know that I'm wrong."
