Amanda Bynes, 26, is no stranger to car accidents.

Bynes has had a DUI arrest, two alleged hit-and-run accidents, and earlier this week, the former Nickelodeon star was photographed allegedly smoking marijuana and supposedly drove around San Fernando Valley, Calif. aimlessly for hours on a suspended license.

But on the night of Sept. 13, Bynes drove around West Hollywood, and got into a minor fender bender, TMZ reported.

The "What a Girl Wants" actress drove her black BMW 5-series out of a parking lot on Sunset Boulevard around 10:30 p.m. when she tapped the bumper of a white car in front of her, leaving little or no damage, according to TMZ.

Bynes and the other driver did not exchange information at the scene.

The DMV suspended her license on August 25, and TMZ alleges, that's the case because she refused to take a sobriety test when she was arrested for a DUI in April. In the state of California, such refusal results in automatic license suspension.

Not only that, L.A. Superior Court Judge Marsha Revel ordered her not to drive on Sept. 12.

The troubled star is ordered to appear in court to explain her actions on Sept. 21. If she fails to do so, there will be a warrant out for her arrest, according to RadarOnline.

Judge Revel also presides over Lindsay Lohan's legal troubles, and according to a RadarOnline source, "Judge Revel is not happy about the way Amanda has been conducting herself and does not want another Lindsay Lohan fiasco on her hands."

Another RadarOnline source claims the star might have some serious mental health issues and trouble with substance abuse, but she refuses to get treatment for either issue.

"Amanda's completely gone off the grid, the source said. "She won't speak with her manager, her agent, her publicist; she's not returning anybody's phone calls."
