Following their brief split last month, the Teen Mom 2 couple appear to have called it quits for good. On Twitter, Evans confirmed the news with fans in a series of tweets to her former fiancé.

"Heather will make you happy again. Go call her like you have been all day. U were always an enemy never a friend #TruthBeTold @GroundLevelUp," Evans wrote on Feb. 12, according to a report by the Inquisitr. Minutes later, Griffith responded, saying, "Thank God!"

Evans and Griffith began dating in June 2013, following Evans' split from her husband of six months, Courtland Rogers. Shortly after the relationship began, the couple moved in together and announced plans to start a family. One year later, their son Kaiser arrived.

Last month, during a trip to St. Thomas, things between Evans and Griffith appeared to be better than ever, and they became engaged as MTV cameras rolled. Unfortunately, drama has plagued their relationship ever since.

Once they returned home from St. Thomas, reports of a fight hit the web. Weeks later, Griffith told his Twitter fans he was "officially" done with Evans. Although his tweet was later deleted, and the pair quickly got back together, they are now separated once again.

Evans and Griffith will be seen in the sixth season of Teen Mom 2 later this year.
