‘Scandal’ Season 4 Spoilers: ‘Gladiator’s Don’t Run’ Teasers, Find Out What Happened To Olivia Pope [VIDEO]
Thursday night's Scandal episode was full of twists and turns and it looks like Olivia Pope could be gone for good.
'Scandal's' Billion-Dollar Bid For Olivia Pope Begins
Starting off with Ian's death, Gus (the man Liv hit the face with the sink pole), killed Ian because he didn't like his plan, and he was done taking order from him.
After Liv's attempted to persuade the auctioneers to spin the auction so it worked in her favor, she knew that there was not much left she could do. Lucky for Liv, she had the White House and her team of gladiators, Quin, Huck, Jake and even her mom working around the clock to get her back.
'Scandal' Episode 11 'Where's The Black Lady?' Recap
Liv's auctioned opened up on the Darknet and terrorist and regime's began placing their bids. Fitz and his team used one of the terrorist allies to front for them so that their cover isn't blown.
Meanwhile, Fitz was cleaning house and replaced his secret service agents with new officials he can actually trust, and he was planning to get the VP, Andrew Nichols kicked out of office because he refused to leave peacefully. Nichols said that he will expose all of the White House secrets including his affair with the first lady Mellie Grant.
Fitz and Mellie were finally in a good place, and when the first lady told her husband she wanted to run for President one day, he changed his mind about exposing the VP.
Over at Olivia Pope and Associates, the gladiators were trying to buy their way into the Darknet auction, and after Huck revealed that he has over a billion dollars taken from the B613 account, all they had to do was find a terrorist who can give them access to the bidding war.
With a little help from Liv's mom, Maya Pope, the teams used a big time drug-dealer who eventually helped them get access to the auction. Unfortunately their efforts did't work because the auction was abruptly closed when Liv was purchased by a private offer in Iran.
In true Shonda Rhimes fashion, nothing is ever what is seems to be, and based on the sneak peek for next week's episode, Liv is shocked when she realizes who bought her.
Scandal airs every Thursday night at 9 p.m. on ABC.
