One of the producers from Lifetime's former series Witches of East End sent a genuine message to all the fans who have been nothing but supportive of the series.

Potential 'Witches Of East End' Renewal Is Gaining Attention Everywhere?

On Saturday, Richard Hatem took to his Twitter page to wish all the fans a Happy Valentine's Day as well as a special thanks for their devotion to the series.

"Valentine's Day love to all the #WITCHEES who have shown us what love and devotion really mean! WE LOVE YOU! #RenewWitchesOfEastEnd," Hatem tweeted.

Could 'Witches Of East End' Be Renewed On Netflix?

The supernatural drama had the misfortune of getting cancelled after only two seasons. Despite that, viewers have expressed their rage over this where they created a number of campaigns as well as an online petition with more than 120,000 signatures to date. The goal is currently at 130,000.

In a previous interview with Madchen Amick, who played Wendy on the series, she mentioned one of the reasons why the series didn't last; when there aren't enough people watching the show live, that creates a financial problem.

"People just don't sit down and watch shows live anymore. They DVR it, they stream it, they watch it on Netflix or iTunes," the actress told EnStars. "It's just unfortunate that a network only makes their profit off of live viewership because their hands are tied by advertisers. They may believe in the show and want it to continue, but they just unfortunately can't afford it."
