According to People Magazine on Monday, Dorfman admitted that ending her engagement was one of the biggest failures of her life. She also said that she knew things weren't working out during a Bachelor live premiere back in January and that is when she and Murray decided to pull the plug on their relationship.

She said, "Having people ask about wedding dates and then seeing the other happy couples and people planning weddings, we had to ask ourselves, 'Why aren't we planning a wedding? Let's just be honest - why is it that we don't have a date?' That trip was very eye-opening."

Still, it looks like Dorfman was trying to make things work out while Murray definitely had one foot out the door.

According to Reality TV World (via Wetpaint) in January, Dorfman was trying to make things work between the two of them, even though Murray checked out of the relationship a long time ago.

A source told the site, "Andi is very dominant and was too much for Josh to handle. He tried to break up with her many times before, but Andi didn't want it to end. It was over for Josh for a long time. He realized he couldn't make it work."

The insider added, "Andi would speak for Josh. He couldn't stand that she was so controlling. He was so similar to previous boyfriends who broke her heart."
