Just days after Memphitz's wife, Toya Wright, pointed the finger at former Love & Hip Hop Atlanta star K. Michelle for potentially ending their marriage, Memphitz has shared his side.

K. Michelle made claims that Memphitz physically abused her when they were a couple years ago. She told her story to her Love & Hip Hop Atlanta co-stars on the show, which resulted in Memphitz filing a lawsuit against K. Michelle and Viacom. Apparently the legal woes have put a strain on his marriage to Wright.

He spoke with Sister 2 Sister magazine and revealed that the series' creator, Mona Scott Young, encouraged him to come on the show and "defend myself." But Wright was very much so against it.

"She's like, 'You not 'bout to go on that show and defend yourself. You about to ton that show and be arguing back and forth with your ex-girlfriend over some petty [stuff] like that? That's disrespecting me. I was like, 'Disrespecting you?'"

He also said that Wright gave him an "ultimatum" by saying if he went on the show, he can consider it the end of their relationship. She then encouraged him to file a lawsuit, which he did.

Check out the interview below.

He also took to his Instagram to throw shade at his wife and K. Michelle. He put up a collage of himself in the middle of a picture of Wright and the reality star.

He added the caption, "The CoCo drove me LoCo"

Take a look.
