Regina is about to share some good news with Daphne on Switched at Birth, but unfortunately it may not stay that way.

On Friday, a sneak peek of the next episode was released where Daphne is home for fall break and is feeling grateful to sleep in her own room. When she wakes up, she greets her mom who has to go to work.

Daphne is stoked that she's going to be able to see the coffee house that'll open up soon; Regina is pretty excited as well and things seem to be looking decently especially when she tells her daughter that she made an investment and she's part owner.

That might seem like a good plan until Daphne asks her mom how much money she invested. Regina hesitates and admits that she put in about $50,000.

Daphne doesn't really think that that was a great idea, but Regina insists that East Riverside could've used a place like that. She also has confidence that the business is going to do really well and she can't wait for her daughter to come by and take a look.

With Regina's risky move, there's a possibility that the coffee house may not do as well as she was hoping. But right now, she sounds hopeful that things will turn out for the best so only time will tell from here.
