New episode titles are painting an ominous picture for the third season of Vikings.

Unexpected Side of Aslaug Revealed On 'Vikings'; Siggy, Lagertha 'Essential' To Upcoming Story

Set to premiere on Feb. 17, the History Channel drama has already released six episode titles. Each title hints at a new struggle, but episode 4 indicates a scarring encounter with a new character.

Harbard (Kevin Durand), a mysterious traveler, will be introduced in episode 2, which is titled "The Wanderer." Presaged by the dreams of Siggy (Jessalyn Gilsig), Queen Aslaug (Alyssa Sutherland), and Helga (Maude Hirst), this mystical new character will stick around for three episodes, but not before leaving a lasting impression on the people of Kattegat.

"Well I have to say the fourth episode is probably the most impactful one," Durand told TV Fanatic. "Harbard's actions will pretty much change the course of action for all of the other characters in that episode and he leaves a pretty deep kind of a wound I guess - a deep mark and I would say that that's probably the one that has the most impact."

Harbard's actions are apparently only referenced in two titles, but viewers can get a feeling for the rest of the season by checking out the rest of the titles for the first six episodes-

Episode 1: "Mercenary"

Episode 2: "The Wanderer"

Episode 3: "Warrior's Fate"

Episode 4: "Scarred"

Episode 5: "The Usurper"

Episode 6: "Born Again."
