Since coming off of Season 1 of Bachelor in Paradise, Cody Sattler has been full of wise words, which he doesn't mind sharing on social media, including valuable life advice.

The photo shared the message: "People wait all week for friday, all year for summer, all life for happiness".

In Sattler's caption he declared, "There will never be a "PERFECT" time for anything you do in your life."
He then claimed you should look at yourself in the mirror and ask yourself what you really want out of the life you have.
"Be honest with yourself and start that moment making the steps to the #bestyou," he concluded in the caption.
Sattler also revealed Monday how you should always own your story.

He admitted it could be hard, "but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it."
He also said it's important to embrace your vulnerabilities, which is risky, "but not nearly as dangerous as giving up on love and happiness."
"The experiences that make us the most vulnerable only make us stronger so we can explore the darkness that will discover the infinite power of our light," Sattler also stated in the caption.
