Chatter On Rosie O'Donnell's Return To 'The Fosters'
When the actress made an appearance in the very first episode, she didn't expect to come back and experience such heartfelt moments.
"Considering that I was in the pilot episode, and I had no idea that they were going to bring me back a year later, I didn't realize how impactful the show was going to be," Clark said. "But I'm very proud that the show is so diverse and it deals with so many societal issues."
The actress also dished on the show's real-life issues that can benefit others.
"I am so mindful when I go to set...because to be honest at the end of the day this is all stuff that people can relate to and sympathize with. I always have that at the back of my mind," she said. "I think it's opened a lot of doors for other shows to be as diverse as we are."
The Fosters airs on Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on ABC Family.
