'Longmire' Season 4 News: Does Warner Bros. Have A Big Plan For Popular Crime Drama? [VIDEO]
Warner Bros. will definitely be capitalizing on the start of production for Longmire's fourth season next month.
Talk about the popular crime drama might have died down since the series was picked up by Netflix back in November, but Warner Bros. looks to be thrusting the show back into the spotlight over the next couple months with some pretty big events.
On Wednesday High-Def Digest announced that the studio is preparing to release the Blu-ray edition of Longmire: The Complete Third Season on March 3. This will conveniently coincide with the first week of production for the program's upcoming season, which could give the series a nice chunk of exposure via social media.

The 3-disc Blu-ray set will include the entire third season, as well as a featurette entitled Ghost In The Storm.
A few months later fans will get the opportunity to mingle with the cast and crew during the 2015 Longmire Days event in Buffalo, Wyo. The festival will take place from July 27-20 with special appearances by stars like Robert Taylor (Walt) and Louanne Stephens (Ruby).
The annual event could be a prime opportunity to screen the premiere of the show's new season, though Netflix and Warner Bros. Haven't publicly announced anything like that at this time.
Formerly part of the A&E lineup, the program will make its Netflix debut this year.
Longmire will likely return on Netflix for a fourth season during the later half of 2015.
