The Royal family has recently been plagued with a series of nude scandals, including Prince Harry's naked Vegas pictures and Kate Middleton's topless photos.

Billionaire Donald Trump recently took to Twitter to share his thoughts on Kate's topless photos. He tweeted: "Kate Middleton is great - but she shouldn't be sunbathing in the nude - only herself to blame."

He continued: "Who wouldn't take Kate's picture and make lots of money if she does the nude sunbathing thing. Come on Kate!"
On September 14, French gossip magazine "Closer" published topless photos of Kate sunbathing with her husband Prince William. The exclusive photos were taken by a photographer nearly a kilometer away while they were relaxing at a private house in southern France.
The pictures have been deemed "grotesque and totally unjustifiable" by the shocked royal family, and have saddened the Duchess of Cambridge.

A criminal complaint has been filed against the photographer who took the shots.

Meanwhile, the royal couple won an injunction against Closer France on September 18. A court order has been issued to the French magazine, which prevents it from running the photos of Middleton both online and offline.

According to Sky News, the French court ruling stated: "These snapshots which showed the intimacy of a couple, partially naked on the terrace of a private home, surrounded by a park several hundred meters from a public road, and being able to legitimately assume that they are protected from passers-by, are by nature particularly intrusive. (They) were thus subjected to this brutal display the moment the cover appeared."

However, a day before the ruling, Italian magazine "Chi" ran 200 photos of Middleton in a 26-page spread.

Editors of both Closer France and Chi magazine defended their decision to run the topless photos respectively. "These photos are not in the least shocking," said Laurence Pieaus, editor of Closer. "These are pictures that are full of joy. They are not degrading. Similarities have been drawn with the pictures of Prince Harry. They are not similar. These are not degrading."
