Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez 2012: Mom Pattie Mallette Says 'She's Good For Him' And Talks Sex On 'Ellen'
Pattie Mallette, Justin Bieber's mom, is out with a new book, but that's not what grabbed the attention of audiences when she went on The Ellen DeGeneres show.
The talk show host asked her about her son and his highly publicized relationship with Selena Gomez. Mallette was all smiles and replied with only the nicest things about the teen couple.
"[Selena's] fantastic... she's good for him and they're great together," she said.
She added about Gomez, "How can you not like her? She's so sweet."
Malllette also said that the couple loves going to Disney World, where DeGeneres joked by saying that Bieber perhaps "abuses that VIP thing" by going all the time.
But did the topic of sex come up? Indeed it did. However, Mallette only talked about herself in that department.
She revealed that after she divorced Bieber's father and gave birth to her son, she vowed to never have sex again until she remarried.
"I take that vow really seriously. I remember when I made it. I wrote it down on a piece of paper and I had someone witness it," she said. "It means a lot. I made it this far. I'm not stopping now."
She added that she told Bieber she would not start dating until he was 18, which he ironically just turned. DeGeneres then surprised her with buying Mallette a six month membership to Match.com.
