Kristen Stewart, 22, and Robert Pattinson, 26, meet face-to-face this weekend to discuss the future of their relationship - the first time they have seen each other in fact since the cheating scandal first surfaced and Pattinson moved out of their shared home.

Now, sources confirm that the couple has made "a dramatic makeup" and are giving their relationship another go.

Us Weekly reported the reconciliation, with information from sources close to the stars. They also noted that after the initial meeting on Sept. 15, Pattinson and Stewart meet on "subsequent occassions," because the feelings they had for each other were too strong to let the relationship end in pieces.

"They're working it out," the source tells Us. "He's still in love with her."

However, another source told People magazine that them reuniting and moving on is "easier said than done ... and clearly harder than expected" for Pattinson. The actor was said to be completely devastated when his three-year relationship with Stewart fell apart because of her affair with her "Snow White and the Huntsman" director.

But according to an insider, even Pattinson's close friends "think they'll be a couple again."

There's been no word from the couple or their representatives on the issue, but Stewart told the Associated Press on Sept. 8 that they're "going to be fine."

The affair between Stewart and Sanders, 41, took place in mid-July, which quickly fueled Hollywood gossip. Both admitted to what had happed and apologized to the public and their partners.

At the time the affair was revealed, Stewart told the press: "This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob." She added saying, "I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry."
