On Sunday, the fitness guru revealed on Instagram just how a person should go about starting their "day off right".
"[C]reating positive thoughts" is the key according to Sattler.

His brilliant advice didn't end there. On Tuesday, he shared you should never be in competition with anyone other than yourself.
"Do something everyday that will make you a better person tomorrow!" Sattler raved.
The text message post that came with this advice states the following: "LOOK IN THE MIRROR...THAT'S YOUR COMPETITION."

Sattler also tweeted some inspirational thoughts on Monday and Tuesday.
According to him, if you can control your breathing you will have control of your life.

He also pointed out that people are what they do majority of their time and gave some examples.
