While CMT made sure fans of Party Down South got to keep seeing the party going with an all-new cast while the original group took a party break, fans will get to see their favorite original partiers once again when their Biloxi adventures premiere Feb. 26.

5 Reasons We Miss Tiffany

And while the new group was lovable in their own ways, there's no doubt that the original Party down South crew holds an unbelievably special place in their fans hearts-and is looking forward to their returns very much.

Here are five reasons we love Lauren White and can't wait to see what she got up to in Biloxi:

5 Reasons We Love Mattie

1. She Seriously Has The Best Hair

The volume she has makes us pretty jealous. We can only hope to aspire to have hair like that.

2. She Seems To Make Friends With Pretty Much Everybody

Including Grant-remember him?

Fun day with these guys! @punkbit @grantmeredith

3. She Finally Made Her Lasagna For Thanksgiving

That lasagna has been a point that's been focused on since season one-especially after she claimed it only took her 20 minutes to make.

Get More:

4 She Was Actually Pretty Quiet Last Season

We didn't get a lot of Lauren in Athens. She was definitely there, but with so much of the focus on the drama between Daddy and Lauren, we missed out on what may have been some real gems with her.

5. We May Finally Hear About Her Having A Positive Love Story

She had the drama with Lyle back in season one, and we didn't see her mind anyone who made her happy in season two-but she has since appeared to find love with a guy she's posing with in a bunch of Instagram photos. (Though fans are seriously freaking out and thinking she's engaged because in a lot of those pictures she appears to be wearing a diamond ring on a very important finger).

Pretty much sums it up @destintp
