She seems to have had another complete turnaround and appears to be recovering from another relapse into concerning behaviors last fall, but Amanda Bynes will still need to wait a bit longer before she has a chance at true freedom over her life.

According to The Daily News, a Ventura County judge said in court Tuesday that he had a 'lengthy disclosure' with Bynes, and decided to extend her parents' temporary conservatorship to a new hearing set for June 23, with all existing orders regarding her welfare and finances set to remain in place until at least then.
Bynes was previously denied the ability to be freed from the conservatorship, which is held by her mother, Lynn, in October, was denied.

Sources told the newspaper that Bynes appears to be 'doing much better' these days, and is back on good terms with Lynn.
Though she still doesn't have control over her finances and other matters, Bynes did receive some other good news earlier this week, after the Los Angeles County District Attorney chose not to pursue charges of a probation violation for her after her Sept. 28 arrest of suspicion of drugged driving.
"Based on the police reports, we don't believe there was a violation," DA spokeswoman Janie Robison told the News.
The Los Angeles City Attorney previously declined to prosecute the actress for DUI charges but had referred the case to the County because the arrest was a violation of Bynes' probation from an earlier drunk driving arrest in West Hollywood back in 2012.
