Paula Deen is back and fortunately for her fans, she is going to be better than ever. The celebrity chef will be launching her own cooking podcast in which listeners can tune in to new recipes and ideas from the former cooking television show host.

According to People Magazine on Thursday, Deen is partnering with the Compass Media Network for both a daily radio show and weekly podcast.

"I had my first day in the studio yesterday and we had so much fun! I cannot wait to bring my vignettes and podcast to listeners around America," Deen told the magazine. "I have a ton of fun tips up my sleeve to make their life a little easier."

Her first podcast will debut on May 1.

It looks as though Deen is back in the limelight after being accused of using racial discrimination in the workplace back in 2013.

At the time, a federal judge dropped the case as the plaintiff, Lisa Jackson, did not have the grounds to sue Deen on the basis of racial discrimination. Jackson, who is a white woman, claimed that Deen and her brother Bubba Hiers had harassed her both sexually and racially in the five years she worked for the Deens.

Deen was dropped by most of her major sponsors and deals that year after claims in a deposition were made that she had used "the n-word" multiple times in her life.

The Food Network, Walmart, Target, QVC, Kmart, Walgreens and many other big-name stores dropped the chef on the grounds of tolerance.
