Criminal Minds will be borrowing an actor from the CBS family for an upcoming episode. CSI actor Marc Vann, who plays Conread Ecklie on the series, will be guest starring in an upcoming episode, titled 'Rock Street Park,' of Criminal Minds.

TVLine reported this bit of news on February 27. Vann will be playing the part of an FBI agent in the Organized Crime Division. 'Rock Street Park' will be episode 18 of the series, and according the to publication, will precede the much-anticipated spin-off episode for the series.

As season 10 of Criminal Minds returns after a hiatus, the upcoming episode, titled 'Lockdown,' has an exciting case for the BAU, where the suspects are already be in prison.

According to the episode synopsis, two private guards in a prison are murdered and it is an inside job.

Here's the synopsis:

"When two guards at a privatized maximum security prison in Texas are murdered, the BAU suspects that more than one UnSub within the prison could be at work, on CRIMINAL MINDS, Wednesday, March 4 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Series star Thomas Gibson directed the episode. William Ragsdale ('Justified,' 'Herman's Head') guest stars as prison captain Dale Shavers."

Meanwhile, there has been a lot of buzz surrounding the Criminal Minds spin-off. A recent report revealed that actor Daniel Henney is the latest cast addition to the Criminal Minds spin-off, production for which is now underway.

The production for the Criminal Minds spin-off has begun, as evidenced by an image posted on Twitter by actor Joe Mantegna, who plays David Rossi on the show.

Breaking Bad's Anna Gunn has also recently been cast in the Criminal Minds spin-off.

The episode is going to air on March 4 on CBS.
