After being involved in a fatal car accident that killed his 69-year-old neighbor, Bruce Jenner continues to use his phone behind the wheel.
Is Bruce Jenner Going To 'Love The Ladies' Amid Transition?
On Saturday, TMZ reported that Jenner continues to make questionable decisions behind the wheel even though the case is not closed involving a car accident where he appears to be at fault for the death of another driver.
While authorities are trying to decide whether there is sufficient evidence to prosecute Jenner for vehicular manslaughter, the star is continuing to be reckless while driving as he is spotted talking on the phone in his Porsche.
Bruce Jenner Was Going How Fast At The Time Of Impact In Fatal Car Crash?
Jenner reportedly had just finished a round of golf when he hopped in his car that allegedly has bluetooth, hands-free capability when he put his phone up to his ear. This is reportedly illegal in the state of California.
Though the publication states that it's unlikely Jenner will be charged with vehicular manslaughter for the fatal crash that happened in February, the reality TV star isn't making it easier on himself.
On Tuesday, TMZ reported that Jenner was going 38 miles per hour when he struck the Lexus on Pacific Coast Highway earlier this month.
He was reportedly traveling between 46 and 47 miles per hour when he slammed on his brakes, but was unable to decrease his speed enough and rear-ended a Lexus that was thrown into oncoming traffic where it was struck by a Hummer. The driver, Kim Howe, died.
Though he hit the car pretty hard, he doesn't appear to have been distracted by a cell phone or having broken any laws, so the publication reported it is unlikely he will be charged with anything.
