The Voice continued its blind auditions Monday night, but it wasn't the typical way the blinds happen since Adam Levine also auditioned.

The usual bickering and other silly antics continued Monday night as the Season 8 blind auditions carried on, but original coach Levine decided to give auditioning a try.
In the video below, Levine starts out his audition with muttering, "I'm so terrified," which left fellow original coach Christina Aguilera laughing.

Levine gave an excellent performance of Elton John's Tiny Dancer, which convinced Aguilera to hit her button instantly. She used her bright red heel to press her button. Blake Shelton and Pharrell Williams then turned as well.
Levine then spoke to his empty chair.
"Come on Adam, don't be a holdout," he commented while pointing to his chair. That prompted Williams to go press his button so he'd have all four chairs turned for his blind audition.
Levine's blind audition earned him cheers from the audience and Shelton even clapped for him.
Then, Levine got to pick his coach.
"I gotta say I gotta go with my gut here. I gotta go with Christina," Levine said despite Shelton doing his usual pointing at himself, which tends to land him many contestants.
Aguilera and Levine high-fived and Shelton looked dumbfounded as Williams laughed at the sight before him.
Aguilera then commented on Levine needing "a little bit of tweaking and fine-tuning."
"I could be able to take Adam to the very end," she concluded.
Levine headed back to his chair and shouted, "They turned around!"
Shelton then spoke down of Levine's blind audition. He even called Levine a "freak".
More bizarre situations are bound to arise as Season 8 continues moving forward.
Tune in on Mondays and Tuesdays starting at 8 p.m. ET for Season 8 of The Voice on NBC.
