Expect to see a good haul of new humans entering the world in the fourth season of Call the Midwife.

'Call The Midwife' Character Will Go 'From One Extreme To The Other'

On Monday, a new trailer for the British drama was released that shows women giving birth as they hold onto their newborn children, looking happy and loving. There will also be messages given on what it truly means to be a parent and how children deserve to have the pride of their mother and father.

Nurse Barbara is also spotted sitting on a chair with three little babies in her arms as she looks more joyful than ever. The nuns will also have some genuine moments between each other as a woman is having a challenging time with her delivery. But her nurses have complete faith in her.

Trixie will also return for the new season where actress Helen George dished to Express on what her character will be going through.

"Trixie's really finding herself this year, but it's been quite challenging as she has had some tough storylines," George said.

The actress then talked about how Trixie's love life will help her learn a little more about who she is.

"She has been seeing the vicar- he's known as 'hot prison vicar' on set- so now it's a test to see whether it will go further or not," George spilled. "We get to look behind Trixie's smile in this series and find out what makes her who she is."
