When it comes to making all the right decisions in their marriage, it looks as though George Clooney likes to give that responsibility to his wife, Amal. The Hollywood actor recently had high words of praise for the British beauty, calling her the "smart one" in their marriage.

According to Page Six on Wednesday, George made a reference to his wife during a tribute speech to Paul Newman at the SeriousFun Children's Network Gala.
He said, "Since 1988 these camps have brought over a half a million sick kids and their families from over five . . . "
He then stumbled over the numbers and continued by saying, "from over 50 countries, 500 countries would be too many. There aren't actually that many," before adding, "My wife's the smart one."
A new report says that Human Rights Lawyer will be staying put in New York City while George films Money Monster in the city.
According to Page Six on Sunday, the happily married couple was spotted getting "cozy" together while having drinks at the Carlyle.
George is filming his movie alongside other Hollywood stars such as Julia Roberts, Dominic West and Jack O'Connell. Jodie Foster will be taking the helm as director.
The couple have been married since last September.
