The first promo for the second season of How to Get Away With Murder is out and it states that the show will be returning with a a whole new chapter of "insanity."

The clip begins by celebrating the first season and the show's commitment to shock" "in the first season we promised a killer twist and you got it."

This is followed by the assurance that the ABC thriller will return with a "whole new season of insanity."

In a recent interview, Charlie Weber, who plays Frank on How to Get Away With Murder, dished about what fans can expect from season 2 of the ABC series.

Speaking to E!Online, Weber revealed that while he didn't know anything about what the writers and producers had planned for the next season, he did talk about his personal hopes from the plot. The actor spoke about how they were excited about the show's renewal, but they were expecting it, and would've been shocked if it hadn't been picked up for another season.

"It's very exciting. We found out last night after the finale, but I think the writing was on the wall even though there wasn't anything official," he said. "Our jaws would have been on the floor if we weren't back for season two. But no, I know nothing about where we're going to go. That's the beauty of it. It is wide open. There are so many places we could go."

But one of the actor's answers did reveal a bit about what can be expected from the next chapter. When asked which questions he looked to getting answered in season 2, Weber had one that he was particularly interested in.

"For me personally, it's what Frank owed Sam. I'm so curious and I really hope we dive deep into that," he said. "Just as an actor, I love Tom Verica. I think he's so talented and great, and it'd be really fun to go deep with him. I'm looking forward to that. And it's absolutely brilliant, because something that Pete and I were talking about was that-with the exception of a brief moment in the pilot, and even in that we don't speak-we're never in the same place at the same time. Sam and Frank were never together. It's fascinating to know there's a complete story behind that. Pete's just a genius."

The finale of season 1 aired on February 26.

Season 2 is expected to air in fall this year.
