The ongoing feud between Kim and Kyle Richards is still playing out, and Kyle is still upset with her sister for her outrageous dinner table blowout. After Kim went crazy on Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna during last week's episode, Kyle finds it harder and harder to be around her sister.

Kim says that her sister refuses to have her back and she also added that Brandi Glanville supports her more than her own sister.
The ladies are extremely shocked by Kim's offensive behavior and based on her melt down in the new sneak peek, so is Kyle.
Kyle is brought to tears when talking to Yolanda Foster about taking on the responsibility of caring for her sister. Foster tells Kyle that everyone was put on earth for a reason and to do a specific job.
Clearly Kyle isn't too happy with her job as Kim's caretaker and she says that she wants a new job. The feud between Kim and Kyle started back during Davidson's poker party when the ladies accused Kim of relapsing.
It's clear that the cast is genuinely concerned about Kim's well being but she's made it clear that she doesn't trust them and she wants them to stay out of her business.
