In this week's new episode of Scandal, David Rosen, the US Attorney General, gets a surprise from an unknown visitor who is ready to exploit BG13 and possibly send Olivia Pope and her gladiators to prison.
The episode titled The Testimony of Diego Munoz forces Jake, Huck and Quinn to work around the clock hopefully finding a way to get Rosen to drop the case. If the files are revealed, they would expose some of D.C.'s most scandalous secrets that could burn the entire US Government to the ground.

B613 is a top spy organization that was run by Liv's father, Rowan Pope. This group deals with lots of covert missions that keep America safe.
If Munoz testifies in court, not only could he reveal high level security clearences that would jeopardize the safety of the republic, the world would find out that Liv helped rig the election that helped President Grant get elected during his first term.
In the clip, which can be seen below, Liv and Fitz have a meeting in The Oval Office and the crisis manager is urging the President to go to the hill and beg the American people for forgiveness.
There's no telling how gladiators will get through this next episode, but hopefully Liv and her team will have it all handled.
