Giuliana Rancic's friends are reportedly concerned about her thin frame.
According to a new magazine report, the "scary skinny" Fashion Police host has her closest confidants concerned about her well-being after they allegedly discovering she rarely eats.
“Giuliana’s friends want her in rehab now,” a source told Life & Style on Wednesday. “She will go an entire day with hardly any food in her stomach. Everyone’s worried about her well-being.”

News of Rancic's friends' alleged concerns comes just days after HSN was accused of photoshopping the television host to look more curvaceous in ads for her clothing line.
According to an Mstarz report on Monday, HSN committed a "photoshop fail" when they allegedly edited Rancic to look "fatter," and create curves that simply didn't exist on Rancic's frame.
As Mstarz also reported, Rancic recently responded to backlash regarding her skinny physique after reading comments made by critical fans.
"I read a comment on some article, 'She doesn't want to carry a baby ... because she doesn't want to get fat.' I'm like, how disgusting is that? How about I'm on medication that prevents me? It's just awful," Rancic explained.
Rancic's thin frame was also a hot topic during an episode of The Doctors. On the show, the panel discussed her ongoing struggles with infertility.
Fashion Police returns to E! on March 30 at 9 p.m.
