Things will reach a whole new level of disturbing with Rebekah on The Originals this week.

'The Originals' Creator Confirms Upcoming Death Of Major Character

On Monday the network teased the things will be intense as the witch that shares Rebekah's (Maisie Richardson-Sellers) body wakes up and sends New Orleans into chaos.

In last week's episode it was revealed that Rebekah's new mortal body belongs to a witch called Eva, who was imprisoned by the witches for murdering children in order to harness their power. What Rebekah isn't counting on, however, is that Eva's strength will allow her to shut Rebekah out and reclaim the body.

When Elijah (Daniel Gillies) and Klaus (Joseph Morgan) aren't busy trying to save their younger sister, they will likely be spending their time at odds with their older one. Now that Freya (Riley Voelkel) has officially been introduced on the series, writers seem to be itching to make good use of her.

So will Freya be able to help Rebekah? Or is this a battle the rebellious Mikaelson must fight alone?

The Originals will continue on The CW with its second season Mondays at 8 p.m. ET/PT.
