While investigators are still in search of the missing .45-caliber handgun, a new video has emerged and prosecutors believe that Hernandez is holding the gun that was used to kill Lloyd.
On Wednesday, Yahoo Sports reported that a still image was shown in court and the former NFL star is seen holding a black object that appears to be a gun.

According to the site, a Glock expert testified that the image in the photo is in fact a gun, while the defense argued that it could be a remote control or even a black iPod.
"In my opinion, the firearm shown in the video still is a Glock pistol," Kyle Aspinwall, a district sales manager and product representative from Glock, said.
WBUR reported that last week that prosecutors used new surveillance video that shows Hernandez's fiancée Shayanna Jenkins removing a huge trash bag from the basement of their home.
Prosecutors are eager to prove that the bag contained the murder weapon used to slay Lloyd, and that Jenkins removed the bag after receiving a coded text message from her fiancé.
Back in February, TMZ Sports reported that Jenkins has been caught lying to grand jury 29 times and prosecutors think she could have helped her fiancé get rid of the alleged murder weapon.
Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to the murder charges, and he currently remains in jail without bail.
