She was sure she would finally gain complete control of DiMera Enterprises following a coup with Victor (John Aniston), but Kate's (Lauren Koslow) plans could be halted permanently now that Stefano (Joseph Mascolo) is back in Salem on Days of Our Lives.

Kate Is Blinsided By Stefano And Chad

Despite believing she had Shin on her side and she would be able to overthrow Chad (Billy Flynn), getting full control of the company once and for all, Kate was shell-shocked when she arrived at the board meeting-only to find Stefano in Shin's place. Now, she will be in for the fight of her life as she tries to hold on to her status as a CEO-though it could be too late now that she knows Chad and Stefano schemed against her.

However, Kate could still have one powerful tool in her arsenal that could keep her temporarily still in the most powerful position at the company-the fact that if the authorities were to learn Stefano was in Salem, that he would head to jail for his tax evasion charges. If she can successfully convince the father-son duo that she wouldn't hesitate to get Stefano thrown in jail, they may let her keep her position for the time-being.

Theresa Confronts Melanie About Investigating Mandrake

Meanwhile, Theresa (Jen Lilley) is also set to receive a major surprise, when Clint (Lucas Kerr) arrives back in town as well, after suddenly disappearing on her following their breakup. She may confront her brief beau when she sees him because he owes her money-but she will be unaware of how much of a danger getting close to him could be to her.

Clint is back at Mandrake's request-to permanently eliminate both Theresa and Brady (Eric Martsolf), so they never learn what Kristen (Eileen Davidson) did to them. And if Theresa gets close to him again, she could wind up in more danger than she's ever been in before.
