Kristen Stewart Robert Pattinson Receiving Counseling, Agreed To No Sex Pact (Details)
In light of their recent reconciliation, Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson have enlisted the help of a top Hollywood relationship counselor to work through their trust issues.
According to a new report, the couple has been ordered by their shrink to sleep in separate beds for "at least a month" while they "work on communicating, healing wounds and trust exercises."
"Sex is going to have to wait," an insider told Mirror. "The plan is that the two of them concentrate on each other and rebuilding their relationship. It has been a tough time for both of them and the psychiatrist has made it clear that this is going to be hard."
The counselor is charging the couple $500 per hour to help heal Pattinson's wounds and suggested the actors take a romantic break away together before they begin the press junket to promote the final "Twilight" film.
The couple have reportedly taken up doctor's orders and booked a Brazil hideaway in the Amazon rainforest.
The location is not new to them as the exotic locale is where they filmed scenes for one of their "Twilight" films. Therefore the couple is sure to have heartfelt memories of the romantic spot.
"It is ideal for them because it was the place they filmed their first big love scenes together," the source added. "There are lots of good vibes for them there and if anything is going to help them get things back on course it will be a break in a place like that."
The pair was told the only way it could work is if they maximize their downtime now before they hit the ground running with a heavy press schedule beginning later this month.
Earlier this month, Pattinson and Stewart got together for a face-to face talk at Reese Witherspoon's ranch in Ojai, California, to make amends.
It seemed to have worked. The pair is reportedly "on" again after Pattinson forgave Stewart for the affair she admitted was a "stupid mistake."
According to RadarOnline.com, a source claimed the couple has been able to get back together because "Kristen and Rupert both told their respective partners that they didn't actually have sex."
A source told US Weekly that "they are living together and have reconciled."
Another report revealed Stewart plans to make her commitment permanent, not with wedding vows but with a new tattoo.
Stewart was recently smiling for cameras and appeared in good spirits while at Balenciaga's Spring/Summer 2013 show during Paris Fashion Week.
Summit announced on Sept. 24 that the couple will appear on the red carpet together to promote the final "Twilight" film, "Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn- Part 2."
"Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn- Part 2" will arrive in theaters Nov. 16.
